Never enough staff and the drive threw speaker never works. On a Saturday and Sunday morning there needs to be more than one person's frantically trying to help the in store customers and the drive threw this just doesn't seem to be working

I am writing a review to let everyone know A & W Summerland is currently improving in many ways, New Owners & Management are working promptly with staff to improve the services within this restaurant. Just note change is on its way!

I'm not sure how A&W Corp. allows this place to operate. It's an embarrassment to the franchise and easily the worst service I've had with a fast food restaurant everytime I have visited.
